Internet Propaganda: Way to harmful destruction

You might find it interesting and get happiness by bullying someone/group/nation but in long run you might fall in big trouble. There are many examples of such peoples/groups who have been sued legally for bullying others via internet. They are now either facing the trails or have been jailed for several years.

Due to weak cyber law in South Asian countries like Nepal, India, Pakistan etc many groups are directly/indirectly bullying certain ethnic groups, people or share misleading messages. This trend is growing fast and have become a major headache to community. Hacking facebook and email accounts have become very normal nowadays. Even after huge try of social and email networking sites it has not come under control. Major problems nowadays on internet are hacking, piracy, bullying and fake accounts. Hackers basically targets teen girls and publish vulgar materials through their accounts. Due to this many girls are now mentally disturbed and some of them even committed suicide.

Another type of propaganda raising nowadays is creating "Facebook Groups" targeting certain community or sometimes even a nation. Anti Nepal and Pakistan pages from India, anti India pages from Nepal and Pakistan are now commonly found on facebook. Administrators of this pages leads other young people against one's neighboring countries which in long run is sure to bring big destruction in the relations between these countries. Some pages like "Nepal S**, Nepali you S**, K Nicha Parera Hasechas oi d** m**, Pakistan S**, Nepal is Part Of India, India is 76th district of Nepal" etc are trying their best to mislead the youths against other countries. Yes, some Indians and Indian medias are acting against Nepal and Pakistan but this doesn't mean all Indians are of same kind. Same is the condition in Nepal, Pakistan and other countries.

Similarly piracy have become major problem nowadays. Illegal uploads and downloads of music, movies, book have affected entertainment industry badly. Due to this many movies/music producers, book writers have lost their identity. Free download of movies, music, books etc are easily available on many sites which are operating illegally. This have dramatically decreased the income in entertainment sector.

Thanks to the technology of 21st century that now such misleading groups, sites can be easily tracked and their admins can be sued. Even though it has not been strictly implemented in Nepal, India and Pakistan. Due to the misuse of internet, many countries like China have banned international social networking sites like facebook. This day can come in our country too unless such bullying is stopped. Banning such sites in democratic country like Nepal and India may face huge protest but it may be essential if the condition of bullying goes on.

Some pages like Youth For Blood, Nepal Unites, Nepali FM Stations, Hot News and other joke related pages can be taken as good example of BEST USE OF INTERNET. Admins of such group are trying their best to encourage today's youth to bring positive change in country. All thanks to them many Nepali youths are now in the path of creativity and unity.

So, from today let us join hand and say No to Internet Bullying.
